15' Wabasca Canoe
This 15' light-tripping canoe was built in northern Alberta in the early 1980's. It was restored by KRC in 2010 and has only seen the water once since then (stored indoors). The canoe is fitted with two machine-caned seats which are lowered 4" below the gunwales for extra stability while paddling. Instead of a keel, the canoe has a 6" strip of Kevlar applied to the bottom with epoxy resin. This works very well for protecting the bottom from scrapes and bumps during your many adventures together. The canoe is located in Wetaskiwin, AB. Phone 780-387-6676 for more details.
